LEGALIZATION OF EMPLOYMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH NORWEGIAN REGULATIONS

LeasingTeam International takes steps to enable the legal employment of 4 employees acquired from the client. Contract contracts with employees are signed, necessary permits are obtained and the relevant authorities are notified. Then contact is made with the Norwegian tax office, which deals with accounting in accordance with local regulations, at the same time the search for another 4 employees begins. The whole process, including finding candidates and legalizing their employment in Norway, takes about 3 weeks.

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

1. Within two weeks, LeasingTeam International finds candidates ready to work in a dynamic environment, with experience in the industry, attention to detail and basic knowledge of German. The group also includes two foremen who can demonstrate a communicative knowledge of the German language.

2. Documents regarding cross-border posting to Austria are signed with selected employees. They are checked by the customer and the Austrian control authorities.

3. LeasingTeam International provides employees with accommodation for the duration of the contract.

PRINCIPLES OF COOPERATION WITH THE CLIENT

The contract is supervised by a LeasingTeam International consultant who is in constant contact with both the client and the expatriate. Every two working weeks, the client sends LeasingTeam International employees’ hourly reports, which are the basis for invoicing and calculating salaries.

SHORT-TERM ADDITIONAL ORDERS

During the cooperation, the client accepts unexpected orders, the implementation of which requires working overtime. Employees delegated by LeasingTeam International will gladly agree to non-standard working hours and a three-shift system in exchange for additional remuneration. In this way, the customer fulfills all orders without additional manpower and gains significant financial benefits.
