Applies to positions from middle management upwards, the warranty period depends on the terms of the contract. If during the term of the contract there are circumstances excluding further employment or termination of the employment contract by the employee (not due to the client’s fault), LT International will carry out a new personnel selection process.

Depending on the position to be filled, this process can take between 2 weeks and 2 months.
